Aquatic Team Leader - Outdoor Pool Operations

We are seeking an experienced Aquatic Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our outdoor pools, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aquatic environments and customer service, with a strong background in leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Lifeguards: Assist with daily pool operations, including plant and equipment maintenance, staff supervision, customer service, and safety protocols.
  • Lead by Example: Provide guidance and support to lifeguards to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Maintain Facilities: Ensure pool equipment and surroundings are well-maintained and meet health department regulations.
  • Develop Staff Rosters: Create and manage schedules for aquatic staff to ensure adequate coverage and minimize conflicts.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require a Level 2 First Aid Certificate, Pool Lifeguard Qualifications, and a Working with Children Check. Leadership experience and good knowledge of pool plant operations are also essential.
