Health and Safety Professional

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement, review and maintain workplace health, safety and wellness programs.
* Maintain compliance with WHS regulation and standards.
* Conduct workplace health and safety auditing.
* Oversee implementation, compliance and management of WHS Management System and Audit programs.
* Coordinate the development of comprehensive WHS training programs.
* Coordinate investigations of all incidents throughout the organisation.
* Prepare monthly WHS reports as required by the Executive Manager, Human Resources or CEO.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Workplace Health and Safety (Advanced Diploma or Higher).
* Extensive knowledge and experience of the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act 2020, Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act WHS legislation, policies and Procedures.
* Demonstrated experience in leading a team of workplace Health, Safety and wellness professionals.
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and/or experience in designing and delivering health & safety training (Desirable).
* ICAM Qualification or Qualified in investigating workplace incidents (Desirable).
