About The Role

We're seeking an Associate Director to lead executive engagement and build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across Federal and ACT Government agencies.

This role blends sales leadership, strategic account management, and transformation delivery, requiring the ability to work across business development, presales, delivery, and long-term growth to strengthen our position as a trusted partner to government.

  • Lead executive engagement and become the trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement long-term account strategies, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate virtual teams to deliver solutions that matter.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in or with Federal or State Government, with a consistent track record in business-to-business sales, and strong commercial acumen backed by experience handling multimillion-dollar portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead complex bids, negotiations, and proposals to secure new contracts and renewals.
  2. Represent us as the executive escalation point, ensuring excellence in delivery and service outcome.
