Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee the end-to-end cleaning of automation assets and supplier contracts across the site.

Our Automated Distribution Centres play a crucial role in moving high-quality products through our supply chain, delivering inspiring shopping experiences for customers.

  • Leading the site automation asset and service management, ensuring quality asset management, cleaning services, and improved life cycle value for the business.
  • Collaborating with contractors to manage site service performance across various disciplines.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and occupational health and safety standards.

About You:

We're looking for exceptional individuals who share our passion for driving excellence. If you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail, logistics, or service-based industries.
  • 8+ years of contract management or procurement experience, or legal qualifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong background in contract management, including supplier sustainability.
  • Experience in supplier governance, KPIs, and service quality.
  • Superior problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Influence across multiple organisation units and levels of management.
