Senior Restoration Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Senior Restoration Technician to join our team.

This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who can work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and deliver exceptional results for clients.

Our directors will be hands-on throughout the training process to ensure you feel supported and confident in your role.

  • Carry out roof makesafes, reports, and assessments
  • Respond to emergency call-outs for water, fire, and biohazard restoration
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment
  • Compile detailed job reports
  • Complete biohazard strip-outs and mould remediation
  • Construct timber containments and assist with structural work
  • Manage contents handling, inventory, and fire remediation tasks

Responsibilities include:

Deliver exceptional results for clients by working independently, taking ownership of outcomes, and managing jobs with minimal supervision.

Work collaboratively with our directors to ensure a smooth training process.

Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
