Executive Leadership Role in Retail

The Executive Director, Retail position is a strategic leadership role driving the performance of managed portfolios and pursuing new business strategies.

This role involves optimising portfolio performance, negotiating leases and rentals, and delivering exceptional results to clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving client-centric approaches
  • Growing the retail portfolio nationally
  • Overseeing portfolio direction and strategy
  • Preparing budgets and segment reports
  • Implementing productivity changes
  • Driving digital adoption and data-driven decision making
  • Identifying growth opportunities through client engagement
  • Enhancing client relationships through insights and data

The ideal candidate possesses expertise in real estate, financial services, and technology, with high integrity, authenticity, and an ethical code aligned with industry standards.

They should have excellent communication skills, be able to connect with employees at all levels, and create a work environment where employees take pride in customer satisfaction and accountability.

Apart from industry network and relationships, the candidate should possess a demonstrated affinity with and ability to work through a partner ecosystem, fostering partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
