Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the delivery of strategic transformation programs across our enterprise. This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining fit-for-purpose governance and project management frameworks, aligning initiatives with strategic priorities, and managing program risks and interdependencies.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in program management, delivering large-scale or complex strategic programs in regulated industries such as health, finance, insurance, and telco. They will also possess tertiary qualifications in project management, business, or a related discipline, as well as proven expertise in Agile methodologies, change management, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivering successful transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities
  • Experience in APRA-regulated environments or health insurance (desirable)
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, business, or a related discipline
