CPC Engineering is seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Project Manager to play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating mechanical engineering projects, overseeing project execution, and ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive mechanical engineering deliverables including package engineering, calculations, and plant design.
  • Provide expert review of mechanical deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate designs and drafts with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain progress and schedule updates, adhering to CPC Engineering's policies and quality management requirements.
Requirements
  • A higher education degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in minerals process plant design, with a strong understanding of various processes and unit operations.
  • Proven track record in delivering engineering projects, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, allocating tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports and studies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to the role.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and contacts, with a proven ability to build trust with clients through effective business development.
  • Willingsness to travel for business purposes when required.
Estimated Salary

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
