Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage mechanical engineering deliverables, including package engineering, calculations, and plant design.
  • Provide project review and oversight of mechanical deliverables.
  • Coordinate with designs and drafts people to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
  • Review project progress and schedule to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with CPC Engineering's policies, procedures, and quality management requirements.
Requirements
  • Industry-related higher education degree.
  • Significant experience (over 15 years) in minerals process plant design.
  • Knowledge of various processes and unit operations.
  • Proven engineering delivery experience.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong computer literacy skills within Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to produce study estimates and manage studies/small site projects, including variation management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with databases and version control systems.
  • Attention to detail and excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Extensive industry contacts and ability to build client confidence through business development.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
