eCommerce Sales Auditor Role

We are seeking a skilled eCommerce sales auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing e-store refunds and cancelled transactions, supporting business decisions, assessing fraud risk, and collaborating with functional management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing e-store refunds and cancelled transactions
  • SUPPORTING business decisions to improve shareholder value
  • Assessing and reviewing eCommerce sales orders for fraud risk
  • Leading periodic financials communication forums with operations teams

The ideal candidate will have retail store management experience, particularly in cash handling procedures. FMCG, Retail or Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage. Proven ability to develop effective partnerships between support and business functions is also essential.

A strong commercial acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and intermediate Excel skills are required. Secondary and/or Tertiary qualifications are preferred.
