Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to support the effective management of strategic and operational risks across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework and program.
- Facilitate and support risk reviews across business groups, including discussions on risk exposures, operational and strategic risks.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement activities relevant to risk activities and reporting.
- Provide support to maintain the strategic and operational risk registers in the risk management system.
- A deep understanding of risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- A keen interest in promoting a positive risk culture.
- Experience in risk management, proficient at assessing risk, reviewing processes, identifying controls and risk mitigation activities.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder relationship building skills at all levels to build trusted relationships.
This role will play a critical part in driving our risk management strategy forward, and we are looking for someone with strong risk management skills and a passion for collaboration.
