The Role
  • We are seeking a skilled financial analyst with experience in developing strategic models, forecasts, and budgets to inform senior management decisions.
  • This role involves working closely with departments to drive business success, ensuring financial goals are met while managing risks effectively.
  • You will prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Oversight of the CRM system for data accuracy and customer engagement strategies is also key to this role.
  • In partnership with departments, you will provide financial expertise and strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Maintenance of accurate monthly accounts for overhead departments and identification of cost control measures is crucial.
  • Process improvement in financial processes and systems is an essential aspect of this position.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of finance analyst experience is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree plus professional qualification or postgraduate studies in Finance is highly desirable.
  • Advanced Excel, reporting, and analysis skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills are vital.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills are necessary.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting is expected.
