Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to join our organization in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through financial acumen and analytical expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of management accounting principles and practices, with proven experience in developing and implementing strategic financial initiatives.

Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing monthly management reports, assisting in the development of budgets and forecasts, and providing insightful commentary to stakeholders.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies, maintaining and improving financial systems and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Accounting or a related field, as well as CA or CPA qualification (or working towards). Proven experience in management accounting within the professional services industry is essential.

Key skills required include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial software, and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are also necessary.
