Job Overview

This role involves leading a high-performing team to tackle complex compliance matters across the Redlands and Southern Moreton Bay Islands. You will be responsible for guiding investigations, preparing legal documentation, and resolving sensitive community issues while ensuring compliance with Local Laws and State Legislation.

Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring a multi-skilled compliance services team, building a positive, high-performing culture. You will also be required to coordinate complex investigations and take appropriate enforcement action whilst prioritising community safety.
