Job Title:
Legal Counsel

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our high-performing legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice across our operations in ANZ and internationally, working closely with project teams and senior leaders.

The role involves drafting, negotiating, and advising on engineering and construction agreements, ensuring smooth contractual setup, compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures, and risk mitigation. Experience with D&C, ITC, EPCM, and Alliance models is essential.

Additionally, the Legal Counsel will manage claims and litigation, including professional indemnity matters, in collaboration with internal teams, insurers, and external counsel. They will also deliver legal and commercial training to project teams to promote risk awareness and legal understanding.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of procurement models and contract law, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
