Sales Manager

This role is responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving business growth by delivering departmental financial targets and company key performance indicators.

  • Drive sales and profit to achieve set KPI's, focusing on commercial acumen and customer experience.
  • Provide inspirational leadership, training, and development of team capability, empowering them to exceed expectations.
  • Maintain a focus on commercial acumen, ensuring the team understands departmental/store performance.
  • Effectively manage costs, prioritize resources, and drive productivity with team members.
  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and genuine service experience.
  • Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing high-sales-turnover retail businesses.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing for profit with a commercial approach.
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Experience managing performance, training, and development of a medium to large team.
  • Skills associated with driving productivity with team members.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
