Commercial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a modern commercial asset in Canberra's inner South.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to manage a premium asset while working closely with senior colleagues and clients, as well as a collaborative team.
Your Role
- Ensure compliance and best-practice standards across all hard and soft services.
- Manage contractor performance in building operations, maintenance, and safety.
- Buld trusted relationships with tenants, responding promptly to issues.
- Deliver sustainability, energy, and environmental initiatives aligned with client targets.
- Oversee budgets, reporting, and compliance obligations.
- Champion service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- You're a proven facilities management professional with experience in commercial office environments.
- You'll bring expertise in facilities or property management, strong technical knowledge of building operations and compliance requirements, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and service providers.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail is required.
