About the Position- Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, and mentoring junior engineers.
- They should possess a deep understanding of software development, with expertise in languages such as React, NodeJS, Typescript, Java, Python, Postgres, CDK, and AWS.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and learning within the team.
- Develop and execute strategies for project delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
- Cultivate strong relationships with product and design teams, promoting seamless collaboration and communication.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably with a background in software development.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, deploying, and operating complex applications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to think commercially and holistically, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
