Job Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support to customers through inspections, maintenance, and servicing of equipment.

The Role Involves:
  • Conducting safety inspections and testing of lifting equipment
  • Installing height safety systems and performing regular maintenance repairs on products and equipment
  • Building strong relationships with customers and advising them on quality products
  • Liaising with customers on-site and traveling to various locations across Southeastern QLD
About You
  • Demonstrated technical service experience within manufacturing or similar background preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with mechanical aptitude and strong time management skills
  • Relevant tickets/licenses highly desirable
