Support Student Wellbeing and Engagement

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator who can develop and implement holistic support plans for students with diverse needs.

This role focuses on providing targeted supports or individualised intensive interventions for students from Prep to Year 6.

  • Coordinating relevant stakeholders to collaboratively develop and implement student plans that support engagement, wellbeing, and effective teaching practices.
  • Developing and implementing personalised support plans for students requiring Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.
  • Modelling and co-teaching evidence-based strategies that support students with complex needs, enhancing their regulation, engagement, and positive learning behaviours.
  • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting student data (behaviour, attendance, and engagement) to inform support strategies and track progress.
  • Contributing to whole-school implementation of PB4L, MTSS, and inclusive practices.
  • Participating in ongoing professional learning to remain current with best practices in student engagement, behaviour, and wellbeing.
