At Elements ABC, we specialise in trauma-informed Positive Behaviour Support, working with individuals across justice, out-of-home care, disability, and community systems. We're seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Sunshine Coast team (with some regional travel as needed).

What you'll do
  • Deliver person-centred, evidence-based behaviour support for participants with complex needs
  • Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments, Behaviour Support Plans, and Restrictive Practice step-down plans
  • Engage with NDIS, government, and community stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Contribute to practice excellence by sharing knowledge and supporting peers
  • Represent Elements ABC in your community and sector

What you'll bring
  • Proficient-level NDIS registration (or higher)
  • Qualification in Psychology, OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work, ABA, or BCBA (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years' experience supporting people with complex behaviours
  • Knowledge of NDIS frameworks, PBS Capability Framework, and restrictive practice guidelines
  • Experience in trauma-informed, evidence-based practice
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and Australian work rights
