About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Volare Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance jobs, liaising with clients, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with commercial clients to understand their maintenance needs and preferences
  • Take detailed job briefs and create job entries in our internal system
  • Determine the best trade or trades required to complete the job and allocate subcontractors accordingly
  • Coordinate with clients to book jobs and ensure timely completion
  • Perform data entry and update client details using project management software
  • Assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with Project Managers, Project Admins, and Maintenance Coordinators
Requirements
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in the construction, property maintenance, or related industry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software
  • Availability to work 5 days a week in the office, with flexible start times
