We are seeking a passionate and experienced insurance professional to lead our Commercial Claims team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with technical specialists to enhance individual and team performance through tailored coaching and training programs based on quality reviews, complaints processes, and customer feedback. Your expertise will directly contribute to our strategic goal of enhancing technical decision-making capabilities while fostering the core competencies of the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and integrate learning frameworks that align with business objectives, ensuring long-term effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with frontline leaders to develop and implement performance and development plans focused on technical excellence.
  • Conduct capability reviews with senior claims officers, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Claims Management experience mandatory (Liability and/or Financial Lines)
  • Regulatory Risk and Compliance experience is desirable
  • Complaints handling experience is desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of general insurance principles and the end-to-end claims process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
