Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Premium Policy Manager. As a Premium Policy Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to brokers and insurers. This role involves a wide range of tasks including policy administration services, portfolio management, and data cleansing.

You will work closely with our team leader who provides guidance and oversight. You will also be paired with a mentor to train you in all aspects of the job.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Policy Administration: You will provide support to insurers with quoting, annual premium reconciliations, and policy document drafting.
  • Portfolio Management: You will manage a portfolio of plans doing GL and GSC annual reviews and premium reconciliations involving validation and cleansing of client data.
  • Client Queries: You will handle adviser and broker queries.
  • Data Maintenance: You will maintain database records.
  • Process Improvement: You will provide feedback to managers and IT staff to improve internal systems and update internal procedures.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent teamwork and communication skills, strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English.

A relevant degree in actuarial science, accounting, business, IT, engineering, or mathematics is highly valued. If you have experience in similar fields, your application will be considered favorably.
