Job Title: Fleet Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic management of our vehicle fleet. This includes asset purchases and disposal, maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across all states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the vehicle fleet to ensure optimal safety and functionality.">
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and manage vendor relationships.">
  • Ensure every vehicle meets the highest safety standards and is compliant with regulatory requirements.">
  • Forecast needs and build renewal strategies for the fleet.">
  • Train leaders and staff on road safety and fleet management best practices.">
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Work flexible hours and travel for work as required.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Senior experience in fleet management, maintenance, and repair.">
  • Minimum 5 years' senior technical experience in fleet management.">
  • Experience in scheduling and managing a large diverse fleet in Australia.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong administrative skills.">
  • Sound understanding of driving and commercial licensing regulatory requirements within Australia.">
