Are you a motivated and experienced People and Culture professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic People Advisor to join our growing People and Culture team at COS-AUS.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic People and Culture team. As a Cultural Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support, guidance, and expertise to our business leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with leaders to provide advice, coaching, and mentoring on people experience and people management matters.
- Actively build effective relationships and partner with leaders to ensure a sound understanding of workforce needs.
- Assist with the creation and promotion of people-centric projects, programs, initiatives, and policies focused on the employee experience.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance in relation to all people matters for both leaders and employees.
- Participate in the performance review process, assisting leaders in identifying future talent and development opportunities.
- Assist with the employee remuneration review and incentive/rewards programs.
- Prepare reports on all people metrics as required.
About You
- Previous experience in HR Generalist/Advisory role.
- Strong business partnering skills with leaders.
- Exposure working within a logistics environment is advantageous.
- Ability to think strategically and drive people experience strategies.
- Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with leaders.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and people leadership skills.
- Approachable, positive, fun, 'can-do' and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
