People and Culture Specialist

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic team at COS. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will provide generalist HR support, guidance, and expertise to our business leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with leaders to provide advice, coaching, and mentoring on people experience and people management matters.
- Build effective relationships and partner with leaders to ensure a sound understanding of workforce needs and educate them on employee arrangements and conditions.
- Assist in creating and promoting people-centric projects, programs, initiatives, and policies focused on the employee experience.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance on all people matters for both leaders and employees.
- Participate in the performance review process, assisting leaders in identifying future talent and development opportunities, including succession planning.
- Assist with employee remuneration reviews and incentive/rewards programs.
- Prepare reports on all people metrics as required.
- Previous experience in HR Generalist/Advisory roles.
- Strong business partnering skills with leaders.
- Exposure working within a logistics environment is advantageous.
- Ability to think strategically and drive people experience strategies.
- Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with leaders.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and people leadership skills.
- Approach tasks with agility, initiative, and passion.
- Be approachable, and have a positive, fun, 'can-do' and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
