Employee Experience and Engagement Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced HR professional to join our growing People and Culture team at COS. As an Employee Experience and Engagement Advisor, you will play a key role in driving our organisation's commitment to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.

About the Role

As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support, guidance, and expertise to our business leaders and employees. This will involve working closely with leaders to advise, coach, and mentor them on people experience and people management matters in a consultative and collaborative manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop solutions that support employee experience and engagement
  • Assist in the creation and promotion of people-centric projects, programs, initiatives, and policies that focus on the employee experience
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance on all people matters for both leaders and employees
  • Participate in the performance review process and assist leaders in identifying future talent and development opportunities, including succession planning
  • Assist with employee remuneration reviews and incentive/rewards programs
  • Prepare reports on all people metrics as required
About You
  • Previous experience in an HR generalist/advisory role, preferably in a logistics environment
  • Strong business partnering skills and ability to think strategically
  • Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with leaders
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and people leadership skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
