">As a Residential Services Manager, you will oversee the operation of our residential aged care home in Melbourne, ensuring the safe and compassionate care of our residents.
">Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a diverse team of employees and volunteers to provide an exemplary level of care and service to our residents.">
- Respond to critical issues including Human Resource concerns, client complaints, and serious incidents.">
- Implement and effectively utilize quality and risk management information systems.">
- Ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities around incident management and reporting.">
- Maintain financial performance targets, including occupancy levels.">
- Implement relevant legislative and policy changes, maintaining adherence to appropriate aged care standards.">
Requirements
">- ">
- A passionate people leader with proven methods for leading, developing, and managing staff.">
- Experience working within the Aged Care legislative framework, including compulsory reporting requirements.">
- Knowledge of ANACC and occupational health and safety regulations.">
- A passion for providing high-quality service and continuous improvement to achieve results.">
- A background as a Registered Nurse is desirable but not essential.">
