Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to spearhead our organization's operational functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of business objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align business units and drive organizational performance.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize operations.
  • Implement process improvements and efficiencies across Sales Operations, Estimating, Drafting, and Admin Support.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in a leadership role within residential construction or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Operations, BOQ / Production Estimating, Drafting & Design, and Admin Support functions.
