Project Director

A successful Project Director is required to lead a large residential development in Cambridge. This strategic role involves overseeing site operations, managing teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage site teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective project plans and schedules
  • Monitor and control costs, resources, and risks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the housebuilding industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams
  • Good longevity with previous employers
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
  • Ability to commute to Cambridge on a daily basis
