Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional culinary expertise, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to change and contribute to the evolution of the culinary department.
  • Excellent communication skills.
