Job Description

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and cashier processing for Council services.

The successful candidate will be the face of our organization, interacting with internal and external customers to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides customer service and cashier processing;
  • Offers exceptional customer service to manage and resolve issues;
  • Engages with the community through various duties across the Finance and Administration directorate;
  • Undertakes various tasks including financial reporting and business support services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A motivated and agreeable attitude with a can-do approach;
  • Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service preferably in retail, banking or another regulated environment;
  • Ability to work across a variety of disciplines with procedures and systems to support you;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to negotiate win-win outcomes;
  • Reliability and respect as a team member who thrives on collaboration with others.

This is a Grade 7 role in accordance with Council's Salary System. The attractive salary range is between $1044 per week plus superannuation.
