As the first point of contact for enquiries, transactions and action requests, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service standards and performance objectives.
About the Job- You will provide accurate information and resolve customer enquiries and issues on the full range of services, through personal attention or referral to specialist staff as necessary.
- You will serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, transactions and action requests, ensuring service standards and performance objectives are achieved.
- You will deal effectively with an extensive range of enquiry subjects in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer service role, face-to-face and/or call centre environments, managing customer relationships and possessing computer literacy skills. They will also have a Certificate III in Customer Contact or equivalent customer service experience.
