Facilities Technician Job

We are seeking an experienced Technician to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend sites for inspections, identifying maintenance needs and performing repairs.
  • Carry out various basic repair tasks, including door and window repairs, patch and painting repairs, basic plumbing, carpentry, flooring, gutter and roof repairs, safety installations, fencing, tile and grout repairs, adjustments and fixture setups.
  • Source and purchase necessary parts, tools, and supplies for each task while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Work with our team, interpreting work orders and scheduling daily tasks.
  • Uphold OH&S guidelines, prioritizing personal safety.
  • Efficiently utilize our job management platform for task tracking, scheduling, reporting, and regular updates.
  • Represent us with professionalism during on-site engagements with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Reliable and well-maintained vehicle (ute or van preferred).
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Active ABN.
  • Ability to operate independently.
  • OH&S White Card.
  • Personal set of tools, including power tools.
  • Tech-savvy with the capability to adeptly use reporting and job management platforms on their phone.
