Job Title: Customer Experience Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. This role will be the first point of contact for clients in your region, handling requests, queries, and tasks of various sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships to ensure timely resolutions and retention through service amendments, re-negotiations with clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure profit margins align with regional expectations during re-negotiations.
  • Record and maintain data on potential customer churn, identifying and reporting emerging trends.
  • Manage the region's priority list, making recommendations as needed.
  • Promote services and support the retentions team during upselling campaigns.
  • Manage regional age debt, handle stop list accounts, and liaise with affected customers.
  • Coordinate with functional departments impacting customer relations and retention.
  • Identify customers at risk and upselling opportunities within the regional portfolio.
  • Oversee the three-month handover of accounts from FSE to the retentions team.
  • Stay updated on current costs and prices for collection services to better support the team and strengthen customer relationships.
