**Job Description:**

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage and enhance relationships with customers. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to leverage the CRM platform and data analytics tools to drive customer engagement and retention.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining the CRM platform, including customization, configuration, and data management.
  • Developing and implementing CRM strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Analysing customer data and behaviour to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communications.
  • Monitoring and optimizing CRM performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in CRM, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • A track record of delivering measurable impact via CRM acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • A strong grasp on customer segmentation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and implementing campaigns through marketing automation platforms.
  • Confidence and experience in presenting to senior management and marketing teams with analytics and gaining approvals.
