Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing them with clear guidance and support throughout the claims process.
- Review and assess claims documentation to determine coverage and eligibility, ensuring compliance with policy terms.
- Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external partners to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
- Address customer queries and issues with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions based on client interactions and claims processing experiences.

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, contact centres, or claims is essential.
