Job Title: Claims Support Specialist
This is a full-time position that requires a professional with excellent administrative skills to support the claims process.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage information requests and exchanges related to claims, litigated claims, and disputed matters.
- Prepare agent advice and relevant documentation for specialist claims, pre-litigated and litigated claims, and disputed matters.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding claims, litigated claims, and disputed matters.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with WorkSafe Systems NOVUS, ACCtion, and Tempus.
- Knowledge of Victorian workers' compensation legislation and regulations.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
