The Role:

As a Dietitian with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference through a combination of on-site visits to aged care homes in Melbourne and Telehealth appointments. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing tailored nutrition plans, providing education and support to clients and their caregivers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimise health outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A qualification that provides eligibility for full membership of DAA and APD program
  • Experience in aged care and/or NDIS settings is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A current Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for on-site visits
