About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Technology Contract Specialist to collaborate with stakeholders and business owners in creating and implementing portfolio-wide contract and supplier management strategies.

This role involves collaborating with departments like Finance, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Cyber to ensure their needs are integrated into the sourcing process. The ideal candidate will advise business owners on sourcing best practices and market insights, supporting our long-term enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence business owners to ensure commercial practices are agreed before progressing to sourcing.
  • Work with business owners to understand ongoing requirements, future demand, and planned long-term strategy.
  • Support new initiatives and business cases by performing upfront market research and due diligence on new vendors.
  • Maintain governance of existing vendors and strategically plan renewals.
  • Create and maintain supplier profiles and required commercial/governance documentation.
  • Act as the commercial procurement SME for projects and tenders.
  • Maintain industry monitoring of vendors, pricing fluctuation, and trends.
What We Offer

The successful Strategic Technology Contract Specialist will have a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
