Job Title: Infrastructure Security Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Security Expert to join a dynamic team delivering critical government services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and deploy hardware and software assets.
  • Solve complex infrastructure-related incidents and problems.
  • Manage network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN, firewalls, routers, switches).
  • Oversight of computing infrastructure (data centres, mainframes, midrange systems, servers, desktops).
  • Maintain accurate security records and ensure compliance with security procedures.
Technical Skills Required
  • Mainframe Assembler, NCL, CLIST, REXX, and zSecure Carla expertise.
  • Deep understanding of CA-ACF2 and IBM RACF, including integration with MFA, Digital Certificates, and PassTicket.
  • Strong knowledge of SIEM technologies and ability to develop Use Cases for Mainframe event ingestion.
