Data Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Infrastructure Architect to lead our data infrastructure team in architecting, designing, and optimising scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and orchestrating complex workflows with Airflow.

  • Develop secure, scalable, and cost-efficient data infrastructure using AWS services and Terraform, ensuring best practices in infrastructure automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and drive strategic data initiatives, including data lakehouse architecture, real-time data processing, and self-service analytics enablement.
  • Owning and enhancing observability practices, implementing robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to minimise downtime and optimise performance.
  • Developing and enforcing automated data governance strategies, including data lineage tracking, access control, masking, and encryption, ensuring compliance with GDPR and industry regulations.
