Sustainability Leadership Opportunity

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for sustainability? We are seeking an experienced Sustainability professional to drive our organization towards net zero greenhouse gas emissions. About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can develop and implement programs aimed at progressing towards net zero greenhouse gas emissions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sustainability programs in operational or complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate sustainability initiatives across the organization, driving progress towards net zero greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Support performance reporting and compliance aligned with ESG and climate-related frameworks.
  • Develop and implement programs aimed at progressing toward net zero greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Advising on and embedding sustainability into operations, procurement, and projects.
  • Manage data, reporting, audits, and policy development.
  • Partner with community initiatives and support engagement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified sustainability professional (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related).
  • Proven experience delivering sustainability programs in operational or complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles, regulatory expectations, and sustainability frameworks (GRESB experience desirable).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong communicator with experience in reporting, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Alignment with working in a values-driven, purpose-led environment.
  • Ability to travel within WA and interstate as required.
  • Full AU working rights.
