About the Role

We seek a recent graduate with expertise in sustainability, human rights, and international relations to join our Graduate program. Working alongside the Mining and Metals Sustainable Development Manager, you will support the delivery of sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategies across our global projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse Sustainability and ESG trends in the mining industry.
- Provide input into the development of innovative reconciliation plans.
- Participate in identifying Sustainability and ESG initiatives for existing and future projects.
- Support team members with project/engagement delivery
- Prepare for meetings on sustainability matters
- Respond to sustainability-related proposals
- Develop tools; templates etc. to support overall management and execution of sustainability across mining and metals
- Participate in projects, shadows, learning, client interaction, project management, scheduling, and workshops.
- Contribute to executing other research initiatives as needed.
