About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring professional to join our team in providing support for a sustainable career. The successful candidate will work one-on-one with clients, encouraging and motivating them to find their own employment and build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities.

This role involves working closely with clients to identify their goals and aspirations, building skills and job-readiness, and supporting them through interviews and into employment.

  • Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to achieve sustainable employment;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse market clients to employers;
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded and documented;
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Ability to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working to performance metrics and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients;
  • A desire to make a positive impact in people's lives; and
  • A current Driver's Licence.
