You will also provide regular updates to members on the status of their vehicle and handle member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing, sound administrative/clerical skills, and high-level verbal and written communication skills. They will also possess effective teamwork skills and flexibility to travel and work between centres.
