**Job Summary:**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Motor Claims Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively lodging and managing claims for customers. The role will involve working from home but will be based in the Parramatta office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting policy requirements.
  • Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide the best outcomes for customers.
  • Answer calls and provide support to customers within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure accurate records of claims and manage compliance effectively.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding claims.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in claim management is desirable but not mandatory.
  • A solid understanding and passion for the insurance industry.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and clear communication.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and able to make decisions.
