Job Title: Tradesperson Fitter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tradesperson Fitter to join our maintenance team at our Port Pirie facility. This is a residential role with a 5/4 roster, providing more days off and two full weekends off per month.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for breakdown repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance activities to all equipment and plant on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Conduct fault-finding and repair of machinery and equipment
  • Carry out modifications and upgrades to existing equipment
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade qualification (minimum Certificate III)
  • Heavy industry experience, particularly in mining, smelting or similar environments
  • Self-motivated and reliable individual with excellent teamwork skills
