Job Opportunity

Lead the delivery of critical infrastructure projects in Western Australia and Northern Territory.

About The Role

  • Deliver commercially successful outcomes for scope, time, budget, and quality.
  • Establish early works, delivery, and completion systems and processes, coordinate teams.
  • Monitor and report on productivity, drive performance, and implement strategies to improve program and margin.
  • Serve as the key contact and liaison between stakeholders on site.
  • Build internal capability as well as a new sub-contracting base.
  • Foster existing sub-contractor relationships.
  • Lead client reporting for the region and continue to foster customer/client relationships.

About You

  • Hold tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, electrical, or similar fields.
  • Experience within the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
  • Have a strong understanding of contracts and Australian Construction Standards.
  • Possess sound knowledge of construction, project, and program controls principles and practices.
  • Developed dispute resolution, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and committed to improving work practices, systems, and procedures.
  • Flexible attitude to working hours to meet demand.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, electrical, or similar field.
  • Desirable: experience in telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of contracts and Australian Construction Standards.
  • Sound knowledge of construction, project, and program controls principles and practices.
  • Dispute resolution, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated and committed to work improvement.
  • Flexible working hours.
